VBA offers the Van Berkom Canadian Growth Fund. The investment objective of the fund is to seek superior long-term returns on capital by investing primarily in common shares of small-capitalization companies that trade below intrinsic value, while preserving our clients' capital, by allowing a substantial percentage of these portfolios to be invested in cash at times when the opportunity for significant returns on small-cap stocks are minimal.

This fund is available to sophisticated purchasers, either individuals or corporations, and is 100% eligible for registered savings plans, including RRSP's, under the Income Tax Act of Canada.
