Judy joined VBA on January 23, 1995 as Portfolio Administrator and Trader. Effective June 1, 1999, Judy was appointed Research Analyst, U.S. Small-Cap Equities. Her responsibilities include trading U.S. small-cap equities and assisting in the fundamental research required to follow a list of U.S. stocks followed by VBA. Previously, Judy worked at Jarislowsky, Fraser & Co. Limited as Assistant to the Portfolio Manager (1993-1995) and at the Toronto Dominion Bank as Ledger Control Officer (1990-1993).
